Hamilton Sauna & Ice Bath Experience. Within this session, we offer the use of the Sauna, Outdoor Shower, and Ice Bath. Use the time however you would like.

Each hour session contains 4 available slots, which can be booked via the Contrast Therapy option below.

If you would like to book out the area, the private session would be the best option. The sauna comfortably fits 4 people, however it can fit up to 6 depending on the size of people.

We offer guidance and supervision to whoever wants it. If it’s your first time, we recommend you take this.

Please bring a towel and jandals/slides for your session
