Hamilton Small Group Classes

Small Group Classes contain up to 5 people. We are currently running 2 types of Small Group Classes:

  • Flourish Strength.

  • Flourish Full Body Mobility.

Flourish Strength will be taking people through their individualised training programmes. Therefore in order to partake you must first become a member.

Flourish Fully Body Mobility goes through the entires body’s skeletal muscles with a series of movements. Anyone can join this class.

We are creating an inclusive space that lifts people up, so welcome each other, encourage each other, and grow together.
